How it works
Set up, capture, follow up
Three steps from an empty stand to a list of leads your team can work through, and no hardware to hire.
01
Create your event and QR code
Name the show, set your dates and choose which details you want to collect. ScanStand generates the QR code and a form you can print or display at the stand.
02
Capture in the way that suits the moment
Busy stand or a long conversation, you have two ways to get the details down:
Visitor scans. They fill in their own details on their phone.
Staff enter. Your team captures details on a shared phone or tablet.
03
Review, export and follow up
Everyone on your team sees the same list of leads while the show is running. Export the details to CSV and send a branded thank-you when you are ready.
At the stand
What you actually need on the day
What your visitors need
Nothing installed. They point a phone camera at your QR code and fill in a form in the browser. That is the whole interaction. No app store, no account, no badge hardware to hire.
What your team needs
Any phone or tablet with a browser. Staff capture runs in the same browser your visitors use, so a shared tablet at the stand and a rep's own phone work identically.
Connectivity at the venue
You need a data connection. Expo WiFi is often congested, so plan your own connectivity for the hall rather than relying on the venue's.
Using both methods at once
Both feed the same lead list for the event. A visitor who scans and a lead your team types in sit side by side, so there is no merging afterwards.
Passes are bought per show rather than per month. See what a pass costs, or read the full feature list.
