All add-ons are once-off and apply to your current active pass. Event credits are used when you create an event and are not returned if you delete it.
What counts as an event
One event credit covers one show. Lead allowances are totals for the whole pass, not per event.
When a pass starts
Your pass can start on purchase or on a future date you choose at sign-up, so validity lines up with your show.
After it expires
Capture stops when the pass ends. Export your leads before expiry so you keep a copy of everything.
